There were a few technical issues that were immediately resolved without impact to our game or time. The arcade selection is a little limited. One issue that lowered the score. Lazar Tag. The staff member working the area that Saturday was not very attentive. He was sitting inside the area not acknowledging players. There were no instructions when we entered or started the game. Very enjoyable experience with the exception of laser tag.

Never received our appetizer. ‘Excuse me, can we have our drinks?’, bartender said sure thing and starts to wipe down all the counters, making us ask yet again. We decided to leave due to terribly service, asked multiple times for our check and they informed me they misplaced my credit card. They said they were sorry and were only charging me for 3 of the 4 drinks, I paid and signed the receipt. ONLY FOR THEM TO CHANGE THE PRICE TO 4 DRINKS AFTER I LEFT!? (Found out on my bank statement)

- ARAmy riosFeb 15, 20261.0I came in on Valentine’s Day around 10:30pm and made may way up to the counter, my boyfriend and I were inquiring about the wait times on the bowling and pool tables, the “manager” was taking care of us was very rude and short! We paid for the bowling and when I asked if they had military discounts he didn’t say anything and looked very annoyed so my boyfriend asked if they had it to which he said he already applied it and proceeded to slam the receipt on the counter. I get it’s a busy day and time but there was no need for all that hostility his name was moe and I guess this isn’t his home location but the attitude was not needed specially if he is a “manager”.
