Picked up the slack, service was great compared to last go around, food was way better quality, and we will return. Moe needs to be promoted or something, he stepped in when we felt like no one cared yet again. Thanks for stepping things up! Moe is the MVP.

Everything was so organized, on time, quick if there is changes. They accommodated 15 kids so well with an excellent host(her name was gey) who was helping in every second. Thank you all for the great day and all the fun.

Our young waitress was surprisingly attentive & seemed to enjoy working there as well. We will definitely be back should we go out like this as a family again. They do offer VA discount in bowling as well.

So when we arrived the waitress attending out area was quick to ask if we were ready to order to witch I replied that I needed a few more minutes to get settled in. Immediately after that she vanished. I spent the next 15 minutes or so trying to get someone to take our order, the place was not busy by the way. I asked other employees who walked by to help us to witch they replied she will be with you shortly tic toc tic toc another 15 min went by before she re appeared. By the time we received our order we were 45 mins into an hour long bowling session no napkins no plates. Again she vanished and again I had to flag down other employees to ease bring us plates and napkins. When it came time to leave again nowhere to be found to bring us the bill and nobody else would help. Again the place was not busy

My initial experience was with the young lady name Meesha who was answering the phones. I was calling to get some information prior to my son's party. She repeatedly answered the phone said nothing and then hung up in my face. The other times she just let it ring. When she finally did answer and say something. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he was not there. I said so there's no manager in the entire facility she then proceeded to ask me what it was about as if she didn't know it was regarding her terrible service. Detric on the other hand was phenomenal. Even though he was stationed near the door, he repeatedly checked on us during the entire party. Our party host was great as well. The party manager was sincerely apologetic and informed me my grievances would be addressed and even gave us extra playing cards. Lucky for us one bad apple didn't spoil the bunch
