- MGmelanie gamboaNov 16, 20251.0Very upset. I paid almost $5 in additional sauces for them to not add them to my order. Why are you charging if you’re not gonna give it to the customer. I got it for my fries and burger and now I have to eat all the food dry. What is wrong with these employees?! This continues to happen over and over again, no matter how many notes i add. Not sure if they’re blind or stupid, but this is very upsetting.

We went to the farmers branch location all the way from frisco, and when this branch opened in plano, we were ECSTATIC. Best best best hotdogs ever. The classic one is insanely goo. The sausage is good quality, the buns are also cooked to perfection and the sauce combo is amazing. The fact that this is halal is soooo insane. So happy about that its 6 mins away from me now, i love it. The best thing though aside from the hotdog, is the loaded fries. !!!!! MUST TRY FOR SURE. For the pricee!!! Yall are doing god’s work

Order arrived after expected pick up time. Missing napkins, ketchup from hotdogs, burnt hot dogs and patties and horrible cloud kitchen experience. Will not order again.
