  My mom and I recently went to this restaurant while on a quick trip to Dallas! We were looking for something to eat that was sit-down style, but not too formal. We drove past this restaurant, and after looking at the menu, we decided to try it! We were so impressed! The manager came to our table with a free appetizer of BBQ Chips, which were awesome, and he wanted to welcome us! Our waiter, Ramsey, was amazing! She was so helpful in navigating us through the menu and always made sure to check on us. I got the chicken alfredo, and it was truly one of the best I had ever eaten! Along with my meal, I got a free S'mores brownie since they had a special going on, and it was out-of-this-world! The manager came around again at the end of our time and gave us a free appetizer/dessert coupon for when we come next time. When I say that I have literally already texted my cousin and told her she needs to go here when she goes to Dallas soon, I am not joking! Such a wonderful spot! To the manager, thanks be to you for training up such an awesome team aimed at customer service!

  Absolutely delighted. The place is so cute and cozy. Me and my daughter first time there. Our waitress Savanna was knowledgeable, friendly, checked on us multiple times, her smile brightens the room. You could tell she likes what she does. The food was hot fresh and quality. The prices can not be beat at all. The manager Hannah came over to say hello and she was so sweet and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our first time visit. TopTier to the entire experience. Will definitely be back

  We dined at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar last night and while the food was enjoyable, the experience felt rushed. Our server repeatedly tried to clear our plates before we had finished eating and frequently checked in, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. We were also confused when dessert was packed to go even though we hadn’t requested it that way. We hope future visits can offer a more comfortable and unhurried dining experience.

  Absolutely incredible experience at Lazy Dog in Plano!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We went for the preset menu for Valentines and were thoroughly impressed with everything we had especially that feta dip. Literal crack! Our waitress Allie was also amazing, very attentive and personable. We will definitely be coming back. Prepare for us to be regulars!

  This restaurant is a real hidden gem for anyone who loves fresh food and warm, welcoming service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. The flavors were rich, well balanced, and clearly prepared with care. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and the place was clean and well organized. I especially appreciated how the team checked on us and handled special requests politely. I will definitely return and recommend this spot to friends and family.
