The Clerk made me search thru my emails to prove that I placed an order only to refuse to give it to me early. Instead, he said I had to wait until the designated pickup time. There was no one in the store and no one in the drive thru lane. If they were busy, I could understand why he made me wait. I'll NEVER come back to this location in Plano EVER. Worst customer service imaginable.

The attendant was helpful, made my smoothie in a quick manner, did not bother me while I was on the phone and wasn’t particularly rude that I was. I did ask for a modification which she was able to do and made sure to double check that I was sure I wanted said modification. She didn’t go above and beyond or anything but was able to provide me with what I needed and didn’t bother me too much. Not particularly engaging.
