This store does not have a single item for Hanukkah, while it has five aisles dedicated to Christmas. Hanukkah is actually before Christmas this year and the fact that they couldn’t even dedicate a single little end cap for their Jewish customers is heartbreaking and devastating. I will not be spending a penny here and I encourage all of my fellow Jews living in this area to do the same. We need to treat people how people treat us.

Really like this HEB, great location, great prices, and checkout is quick, I always use the Self checkout.. My husband really likes the olive bar, just wish it weren't pre packed, it used to be a self serve Olive Bar... I recommend going early if possible, it gets really busy after 10am especially on the weekends...

First time ever shopping at HEB. I would say it was a very pleasant experience! I loved the quality of the products. The Christmas decorations were great too! Only negative was it took over 1 hour for the tortillas to be restocked but apparently one machine is broken so can't really blame them. Tortillas came out warm and the worker apologized for the wait and personally handed them out

This is the best grocery store in the world! They have everything from regional specialties (lengua & tripas), to a million types of ramen, to caviar, brie, and four isles of wine ... plus bulk food. Best of all is their store brand: Hill Country Fair. I'd rather but their canned corn, beans, and tomatoes than Del Monte or anything else expensive. The bakery is awesome, the meat market has so many choices, and the fish counter has a wide variety. They are also less expensive than most other grocery chains ... and they're locally owned, out of San Antonio. Everyone in Texas knows about HEB and can't wait for one to open near them.

Not much can be said about this mega version of value-Central Market that hasn’t been publicised already. The product selection has a much wider range than Central, but the items they share in common are the same price. The portion of things (e.g., whole brisket, entire pork belly), of course cater to the same clientele as the discount warehouse shoppers. But I would say that the meat quality is a tick higher. The produce selection as well as the cheese options are impressive. Where else can you buy 1/4 wheel of genuine Parmesan that is shrink wrapped to go next to a single slice of cake?
