The drinks were good but the ceviche had hardly any fish in it and I think it was 17 or $18. So I could not recommend that. Profit on that dish has to be about $15, because there was seriously so little shrimp and fish in it it was pathetic

Visited on 2/20 at 7:00 PM. At the previous location, the food and drinks were consistently excellent, but our recent experience at the new location was disappointing.
The bean dip, which used to be one of the best items on the menu, lacked flavor to the point that we left it untouched. Both my steak and my guest’s steak were ordered medium but arrived overcooked and had to be sent back.
Service was also slower than expected. It took a considerable amount of time for our server to take our order, and there were additional delays before both the appetizers and entrées were brought out. Given the extended wait times, we would have appreciated some form of service recovery, such as a complimentary appetizer or drink, but nothing was offered.
The new location is larger and attracts a bigger crowd, but it appeared the kitchen was not adequately staffed to support the increased volume. I used to visit the old location regularly with my family—often every Thursday—and service and food quality were always reliable.
Based on this experience, I would consider visiting another location, such as the Dallas location, as the Prosper location has also had similar issues. Overall, I was disappointed with the consistency compared to what we experienced at the original location.

We are a family of seven, for one plate to be wrong and the rest of family completes their meal but the replacement isn’t back is something. The waitress constantly walked passed our table avoiding eye contact or better yet the stares we gave of confusion to the delay or explanation. Will not be back to this location.

This place will be a repeat on the list! The soups alone are big filling and flavorful!! Service is amazing. The chips and dips were on point with a selection of non spicy to a hint of spice. Everything was so good, full of flavor and something to experience. Drinks .. they be cranking lol. Definitely a bang for your buck too.
