The chicken in the two portions we opened appeared to be close to spoiling, which immediately raised serious concerns about food safety. Rice was not cooked as well. As a result, we did not feel comfortable consuming the remaining three orders and had to discard them. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that only two chefs were working at the time and that this contributed to the issue. However, this explanation is not acceptable. Serving undercooked or potentially unsafe food puts customers’ health at risk and reflects a lack of proper quality control. This was more importantly, a serious health concern. I expect higher standards of food safety and accountability from a food establishment.

While eating, we found what appeared to be a sharp metal strip/wire in the food and actually bit into it. This is a serious food-safety issue. I contacted the restaurant to complain. At minimum, I expect a clear explanation of how this happened and what changes are being made to prevent it from happening again. Until that’s addressed, I can’t recommend ordering from here and filing complain to plano health division. Extremely disappointing!
