Messed up pick up order and had to wait 25 mins to get it. Total an hour for a pick up order!? And no apologies nothing! Not good!

This is my second time going there , I usually go to the Irving location . I spent $51 today and will have to throw away the food ! First the mixed fried rice looked different than what they usually serve , second the salt in it? Let’s say no one could eat this .i also asked for extra mutton and shrimp I was charged and the rice was empty . I am very disappointed , I drove 49 min from Royse city to this place just to get trash . Thanks

This has to go down as the worst dine-in restaurant experience that I’ve had so far in the Dallas DFW area. Went for lunch with family and a couple of friends this afternoon at around 1 PM … took 15 minutes for the person to take our order… The food came 30 minutes later …. Main course came first and appetizers came so late that we had to pack it for home 😕. Ordering the food was itself and experience … Most of the things, including the masala tea was not available … apparently the milk had gone bad so masala tea was not an option and when we asked for just plain black tea, the tea leaves had disappeared from the kitchen ( I guess the leaves will not show up before next spring now) . One of the things they had advertised was their aloo parantha… Which was available, but came without raita / curd ( You guessed it the milk was bad) … We had to literally lineup for achar which was served in pinches … No white butter, No yellow butter, No butter period …. finally sympathized with us and gave us just a spoon of gheee. If there ever was a clearance sale of food in a restaurant, this is how the experience would have felt.
