Our bagels are always fresh and when I’m by myself with the kids they are so kind and will usually even bring my order to the table for me. We go here all the time and they always greet me and my girls by name (which makes their day!) I appreciate their kindness and professionalism and will continue to be a loyal customer.

The staff is friendly and always happy, they know their regular customers by name and often times their regular orders. Now that’s customer care! The dog friendly porch is covered enough to avoid the elements and lots of friendly customers bring their pets.

- DLDana LaGroneDec 24, 20253.0I ordered a bakers dozen sliced for Christmas morning. I get home and the slice is so awful that I am embarrassed to use for breakfast. So disappointing. For $20 the slicer should work. No one was in the store. No reason that the worker could not have made sure it was sliced properly. I love einsteins, but with so many options out there I may need to look elsewhere. Having the store slice for me, i understand, is a convenience. But when done poorly it’s just annoying.
