Tried to place a mobile order and it said I was more than 2 miles away so I couldn't order as it would be ready before I got there. So I get closer and it let's me place my order for drive-thru. I get there 5 minutes later and sit at the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes, no one there, I yell "hello?" No answer. I go to the drive-thru window, wait another few minutes there, there's literally no one working there. So I park and go inside the store. They literally have one oven that they can cook one item at a time. So if you order two sandwiches with hash browns, that's four separate cooking cycles you have to wait. I was standing inside for another 10 minutes (20 minutes later now) and then get my food. I see the one employee struggling to cook each item individually and then waiting. Can Dunkin not provide these poor employees more than one toaster oven? Don't offer a drive-thru if you don't have an employee working it. They told me they are forced to keep the drive thru open even if no employees are available otherwise management will yell at them. To be clear, these issues are a fault of Dunkin management, not the employees. They told me they are "fully staffed but always behind because they'll only staff 2 employees at a time". That's ridiculous, just hire more people, it's not like Dunkin pays a lot. And finally after getting my order, they say they are out of bagels for the bagel sandwich, so I pick another option and they then go back to the little oven to cook it.. Thanks Dunkin.
