I really love the donuts here, but the service is consistently awful. one staff acts like he is doing you a massive favor just by taking your order, making you feel like he is giving you free food instead of you paying for it.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever been to. The store is consistently understaffed, usually with only one or two employees working at a time, even though it is one of the busiest locations in town. Because of this, service is slow and disorganized, and the employees appear overwhelmed and unprepared. The store is also dirty every time I’ve visited, which is completely unacceptable for a food service business. The final straw was today when they were completely out of donuts at 7:30 in the morning. A donut shop being out of donuts during peak hours is unbelievable and shows a serious lack of proper management. Overall, this location is poorly run and consistently disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs.

Awful customer service. They said my total was 9:30 and they charged me 11.50 instead. I think they tipped themselves without my permission. That’s not okay!! One bagel and medium drink is not 11.50. I need someone to make this right!

First time I tired this place the drink was extremely watered down and discolored. I didn’t want to drive to a further location so I eventually returned for a second time and ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts. When I got to the window I noticed that I actually needed 12 glazed and 12 assorted instead. When I pulled up to the window I told the woman that I needed to adjust my order but she handed me my order lied and said they ran out of glazed donuts. How can they not have glazed donuts at 7:30 AM on a weekday? I knew she was lying and I could tell that she noticed I knew she was lying. She was not rude or mean but she wasn’t truthful. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Shipleys would NEVER! Other Dunkin locations would NEVER! It’s very sad how customer service has gone down hill.
