I didn’t want to drive to a further location so I eventually returned for a second time and ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts. When I got to the window I noticed that I actually needed 12 glazed and 12 assorted instead. When I pulled up to the window I told the woman that I needed to adjust my order but she handed me my order lied and said they ran out of glazed donuts. How can they not have glazed donuts at 7:30 AM on a weekday? I knew she was lying and I could tell that she noticed I knew she was lying. She was not rude or mean but she wasn’t truthful. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Shipleys would NEVER! Other Dunkin locations would NEVER! It’s very sad how customer service has gone down hill.

All I asked was for lemonade instead of sparkling water with the energy drink which I had just gotten 3 days earlier at a different Dunkin and I was told they can’t do that with the energy drink but they can with everything else and he has to make it by the book. I was met with attitude and disrespect just for wanting lemonade. Absurd.
