It is an oasis of reliability. The menu doesn't change. The same ladies 've been masters of the griddle since before I can remember. Same friendly faces running front. If you introduce yourself to Jose - the owner who is often around - he'll remember your name and give you fist bumps for life. The daily specials are good value. The sauces are strong and the guac is always made fresh. Expect it to be busy about 11:15-12:15 with students from nearby Plano East Sr High.
