I was having an issue redeeming my rewards points because of a system/email problem, and he honored my 40 points for the free cheesy bread without any hassle. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and he could have brushed me off… but instead, he chose to be kind and helpful, and I really appreciated it. The pizza was made very quickly, delivery was super fast, and the delivery driver was incredibly sweet. The only reason I’m taking off one star is that my pizza ended up a bit overcooked. I did request it well done, so they followed instructions, the timing was just slightly off and it was a little under burnt. Overall though, this team is clearly doing their best, and the customer service made a real difference. Sending good vibes and appreciation to this location.
