I love the pizza, but we've struggled at this location to have good service and pizza options. There seems to be no rhyme or reason on the paths servers take through the tables. We're frequently walked passed to go to other tables and the servers that stop always have options that seem experimental or the unwanted options. It's occurred on numerous occasions. The Dallas location is a better experience in my opinion.

Overpriced CiCi’s and that’s not an exaggeration. Very little protein options on the pizzas (think cheese with choice of veggie) and although the pizza was delivered on a pretty regular pace, our actual waitress was not good. Took 10 minutes to get drinks and it wasn’t busy. They struggled even down to the choice of chairs. They settled with metal spray painted Goodwill chairs and no padding. Don’t go. Hideaway Pizza is much better, cheaper and their staff always has a smile.

Casual restaurant with a fun vibe, energy, and more pizza than anyone can ever eat. In reading another review, they recommended dipping crust into the lobster bisque. This is the way! Don’t forget to save room for the Nutella pizza. This is a great place for families looking to diversify outside basics.

Went with my family because we were intrigue about the place. We walked in and were seated promptly. Our server was great explaining the concept and making sure that we were talking care of, but this is where the good service experience stopped. Out of the 5 servers that were bringing pizza, only two were friendly. The rest seemed annoyed and one purposely avoided our table. As for the variety of pizza, we must have come at a off night because there were only 6 different ones including pepperoni. The good: dessert pizzas, lobster bisque and meatballs. For the money we spent, we expected more. Right now, we are on the fence about giving them a 2nd chance, leaning towards not.

This is my third time going to delucca but this will probably be my last time going at least for this location. The service was horrible. Had to wait atleast 30 min after getting seated to even get approached by a waiter. Once the waiter explained everything the pizzas started to come finally but 90% of the time our table would just get skipped or met with attitude. Multiple times where I would ask to get a refill or order more stuff and then it would never come. It got to the point where no pizzas were coming to our table and when I asked for a certain slice it would never come. The service was ridiculous to the point where my whole party just gave up on asking. Even to ask for a check it took almost 30 min. At that point I didn’t even want to eat anymore because we were all pissed with the service. I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS unless you want your BDAY ruined.
