Had to ask for bread three times before it was served. Drinks came out after we finished our first course. Served us the wrong steak. Finally got the steak we order med well and it was med rare. They forgot our fries. Server disappeared mostly. They ran out of three major menu items. My first 3 choices. There was a dirty napkin on the floor near our table. No one even noticed. Last time we eat here. Poorly managed.

Showed up on time, table was not ready and the hostess walked us to a dirty table for 8( we had 3 people) she then walked us back to the lobby to wait for them to adjust the table. Once seated we order espresso martinis (which showed $13 on the drink menu). I orders the filet mignon which comes with one side. (choice of 5 sides on the menu). once the bill came, I was charged $18 for the martini plus another $1 up charge. I ordered truffle mac and cheese as my side with the steak and was charged an additional $2 for that. Talked with the manager and he could not even explain the reason for the up charges. Will NEVER EVER return. I drove over 20 miles for dinner and could have gotten better service closer to my home
