I've been here many times and I've also been to many other Chipotle locations and what strikes me about this location is that the speed of service is markedly slower. They're polite enough but routinely understaffed and lack motivation to move more quickly. As an example, today there were two people in front of me who each only got themselves a burrito and nothing else but it took more about 7 minutes before they even got to me at all.
