- LLLisa LNov 8, 20251.0It’s the worst experience ever at this Chipotle. I ordered a bowl with rice and Carne Asada and they charged me $21.70. At first, I ordered a bowl with rice and black beans. Then, when I wanted to add Carne Asada to my bowl they said they ran out of it and were making it. So I waited 15mins for it. After all the waiting, my bowl was already cold. They gave me the same bowl with small portions of meat on it. Therefore, I asked for a little bit more, so he gave me 1/4 of the spoon size extra. When I pay for it, the server charged me double of the normal price. He said it’s because I ordered double meat. I said that I only asked for a little bit more. He said that’s what I ordered. I didn’t bother to argue with him. However, I want to say this is an overcharged. First, he gave me so little portion of meat. Then, the server could have tell me that there will be an extra or double charges if I want more meat. I don’t mind to pay for more if I really need extra. I will not go to this place again. It’s a scam. Don’t go to this location.

The kitchen was filthy. Random dirty apron on the counter. The ceiling and fixtures of the restaurant aren’t finished either. This location was set up for failure *** update. The food is the pits. The steak was cold and rubbery. Half the lettuce in my meal was black and wilted. No wonder so many ppl have gotten sick. This is a terrible location.

On my second order, I asked the same employee to add a bit more protein, and he gave me only half a spoon and he told the cashier silently to charge me for extra protein without letting me know. I ended up paying $15 for a regular meal.
