  First time going to this location they didn’t have enough prepared food was scrapping from the bottom forgot the protein will not return $30

  Every time I’ve been here it’s been a disappointment. Small portion sizes, chips are stale, and the quality is sub par for the food. Not to mention long waiting times for the drive thru pickup. Very worth it to take the extra 5 minute drive north to the one on Coit and Main it’s a night and day difference.

  I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Angelina the manager. She is a very professional and hardworking manager who clearly cares about both her team and the customers. The store was clean, the line moved quickly, and everything was well organized. You can tell she takes pride in making sure things run smoothly.

  Why was this store built? To hire rude people with zero customer service acting privileged, as if the customers owe them something. Please remind your employees they have jobs because customers patronize your restaurant. Each time I've visited this new location; the food is scattered and messy looking from the service counter. The portion sizes are horrible for the money you pay. The workers behind the counter serving give men larger portion sizes, abd they don't ask to pay extra for more. But yet, we all pay the same price. The workers rarely smile or welcome you in. The managers at this location are rude, curt, and have zero clues about business acumen and customer service. They are cluesless about how to handle someone's order when it's fixed incorrectly. Therefore, for the aforementioned reasons, I drive across town to the Chipotle location on Preston Rd. near the Stonebriar Mall. The food there tastes waaaayyyy better and the customer service is also better. I will never eatvat this location and Ill make sure my family, friends, and social media followers do the same. To the: District Managers, General Managers, and Owners, you all do a very poor job of teaching and training your employees to understand that the doors of your restaurant stays open and YOU ALL continue to get paychecks and money because of customers! No customers, no restaurant. No customers, no salaries paid.

  My in-store experience at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing. My party of three arrived intending to order soft tacos, only to be told they had completely run out. We were forced to order items we didn’t want just so we could eat. What made this even more frustrating was seeing that the online order station did have tortillas and tacos available, yet the staff refused to make them for us, stating they were “for online orders only.” This makes no sense for a restaurant that literally specializes in tortillas — running out of such a basic ingredient should never happen, especially while still offering it online. To make matters worse, the store appeared to be staffed entirely by unsupervised teenagers, and no manager was available to come to the floor to address our concerns. This lack of leadership and customer service was unacceptable.
