  This was our first visit, and it will also be our last. Most of the food containers were empty, especially the cooked vegetables. The staff serving us were very impolite. When I asked a young man about the protein bowl listed on the menu, he said he didn’t know what it was and made no effort to ask anyone else. The young woman serving items like corn and salad added those to my order but refused to add other food to replace the cooked vegetables they had run out of. The serving staff should communicate with the kitchen when food containers are running low so customers are not left without options.

  Extremely disappointed. I placed an online order and arrived at 10:40 PM—20 minutes before their 11:00 PM closing time—only to find the staff had already dismantled and cleaned the drink station. Despite having paid for a large Berry Agua Fresca, I was told they wouldn’t make more. The staff offered a bottled soda as a replacement, but I declined as I specifically wanted the drink I actually ordered. When I asked for a refund since they couldn't fulfill my order, they claimed they "couldn't do it" because it was an online order and told me to use the app. The "Pepper" chatbot is a total scam. Instead of a refund, it issued a coupon for a "regular" drink that expires in 30 days. Not only did I not get the specific drink I paid for, but Chipotle kept my money and tried to "repay" me with a coupon for a smaller, cheaper item. They essentially stole the difference in price. This location shuts down way too early and the corporate refund process is designed to cheat customers.

  The workers are lazy and will scrape the bottom of a container and not refill condiments, even while making your bowl/burrito. Tonight I got home and the bottom of my Chipotle bag was wet so the food fell out from the bottom. My carnitas bowl fell out all over the floor so I could not eat it.

  I am thankful I only went here a handful of times before I decided to go to another location that is 10 min further. I have ordered in line and online and both experiences were sad. In line, the servers give small portion sizes, even when ordering double meat and double rice. Online, the burrito I got was smaller than my napkin. The manager here is rude as well, when I checked out at the register, the cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said no thank you. Yet the manager took the receipt and then placed it on my tray and then yelled out loud to the crew, "Everyone gets a receipt!" All of that pales in comparison to the quality of the food. The rice was bland, the meat was scorched and over cooked, and the tortilla chips were stale. How do you make rice so tasteless when you have a standard recipe!?
