Tonight I got home and the bottom of my Chipotle bag was wet so the food fell out from the bottom. My carnitas bowl fell out all over the floor so I could not eat it.

I have ordered in line and online and both experiences were sad. In line, the servers give small portion sizes, even when ordering double meat and double rice. Online, the burrito I got was smaller than my napkin. The manager here is rude as well, when I checked out at the register, the cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said no thank you. Yet the manager took the receipt and then placed it on my tray and then yelled out loud to the crew, "Everyone gets a receipt!" All of that pales in comparison to the quality of the food. The rice was bland, the meat was scorched and over cooked, and the tortilla chips were stale. How do you make rice so tasteless when you have a standard recipe!?

They just ignored it and kept doing their work. No intention to make the customer service better. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
