Used to get great service here but last time we had a server who was an absolute jerk to my child who was trying her best to be kind and polite to him. You need to be really messed up to be unkind to a child who is being kind to you. I complained to Chipotle and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Hope this was a one time deal and not the norm. Please keep my experience in mind if you are thinking of going here.

I have been to this location several times because it is the closest in range however it is one of the WORST locations! The workers are LAZY. The line counters are ALWAYS dirty. & the little person with the dreads has a GOD AWFUL attitude with HORRIBLE customer service. They are ALWAYS out of items and they WILL run out of rice by 8:00 PM and refuse to make more even if they are NOT due to close until 11 PM. This location needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! The portions are skimpy and the chips ARE ALWAYS STALE!!! For a $13 bowl I’d expect a better experience and I will no longer patronize THIS particular chipotle!!!!

When I told them again that I wanted to wait for the fresh meat, both insisted, “This is fresh,” and went ahead and served it anyway. I was also charged $7 extra for double meat, yet what I received was cold. This is what it looked like. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to this time. I will never go back here.
