  Cashier with the pink hair straight up ignored me 3 times when all I wanted was to pick up my order. She turned away from me. She didn’t even try to get another employee to help me.

  Stopped in on 2/22/26 to grab dinner upon entering the dining room was a mess there was only one young man working the entire service line, chicken was on thr grill burnin, line began to form and the young lady on the cash register was too busy trying to scold the young man about how he was tearing the foil telling him she was going to crash out if he didn’t get it right another young man who took chicken off the grill was moving at a snails pace to replenish the line since there wasn't any, no pico on the line and when the young man who was doing all the work asked for some her reply was "and where do we keep pico" so he had to stop and go get some mind you he was working the whole service area, the floors were filthy, kitchen floors filthy, no manger in sight, and the black male was the only one who seemed to have a sense of urgency while the young girl just belittled him. The chicken was so burnt we definitely should have went to McDonald's next door. You don't attempt to scold/ train someone when there’s a line to the door and especially when he was the only one trying to do anything about it. EDIT: reached out to support email they provided no response as of yet definitely avoid this location go to QDOBA across the street or Chililoso

  The food is always under seasoned and over cooked. The servers always skim portions and when you point it out they claim policy and when you ask for extra portions even with charge it’s not even a hate scoop extra and they get annoyed with me. This place is closest to me but I stopped going to it for several months and tried it today and I think it got worse.

  They made sweet tea with SALT!!! I just purchased food to go from this restaurant and got the tea. I typically put just over 3/4 unsweet tea with a little sweet tea. Once I got in the vehicle and drove off, I took a big gulp and IMMEDIATELY had to spit it out, causing the drink to spill over my clothes. The drink was filled with SALT instead of sugar. So disgusting!! I immediately called the number on the phone to inform them...only to be taken through an automated system that doesn't even go to the store. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if my drink was completely filled with "sweet" tea and I drank it. I've been downing lots of water since then and still can't get the salt taste out of my system.

  Staff is incompetent, rang me up for one meal when we had two then rang me up a second time and forgot the chips and guac, rang me up a third time and didn't put it in the bag. I call ahead to get the guac ready for when I drive all the way back. Then the manager who refused to give me her name "ummm Melissa, no umm Melody" hangs up and then yells at me in the store laughing about hanging up on me. All the time playing music with a ton of cursing loudly while my child and other children are standing right there. Chipotle has raised prices, lowered quality and has absolutely no customer service. No wonder stock prices are down 25% in the last 6 months and sales continue to decline. I'll enjoy the last cold meal I'll ever order from Chipotle.
