    Asked for double chicken and the worker barely gave me anything, then I expressed to the second worker that I only saw the first one scoop the chicken once. She said, she put more than one when really it was just one scoop. Get in the car to find hair in my food as well.

    They have this new system where they keep to go orders behind the counter and no one to help pass them to customers waiting. I asked one of the employees to help pass the order and she just walked off saying hold on. They need help please with customer service!!!!!!!’ If you don’t have enough staff to pass orders from the back then put the rack back to where customers can get they own orders when they arrive

    Horrible experience. The employee preparing my order was clearly in a bad mood and barely added food to my bowl. When I politely said, “You can do better than that,” regarding the amount of lettuce, he responded by grabbing a full spoon of sour cream and dumping it on my bowl in a rude, passive-aggressive way. I informed the cashier about what happened, but it was like talking to a wall—no apology, no concern. To make it worse, I didn’t even receive my receipt. Very unprofessional service. I won’t be returning. but can look at the camera 9:30 pm today .

    I went to this chipotle and I don’t know if they are using a table spoon for the protein scoops I got literally 2 pieces of chicken for my quesadilla and when I asked for more or a whole scoop I was told it’ll cost extra… I spend almost $30 on this order, this is ridiculous. And I wasn’t even given a receipt.

    The food quality at this particular location was very poor, I paid $26 for two bowls and expect better food. My wife sent hers back because the chicken was cold. Very disappointed and sad to see the poor quality in the food.
