  By far the worst Cava in the United States. Out of most ingredients, grunge playing in the kitchen with pop music playing in seating area. Employees used their BARE NAKED hands for some of the scooping which was wild. Wild I say. I am genuinely concerned for the future of this location. As a cava fan I am saddened to write this. But this manager needs to go.

  Don’t DoorDash from this place, ordered pita chips and they completely forgot them. But it’s okay I’m sure they still loaded my bowl up, nope. Genuinely took me 5 bites to finish the bowl. What a joke, especially for how much they charged me for the whole order

  The female at the counter is never welcoming and DAMN STINGY with the portions. I asked for extra chicken thinking I will pay extra since she is STINGY with the portions but even for the extra money she didn’t add. She is GREAT at acting like she added chicken but she didn’t actually add anything at all. CAVA is one of my favourite places to have healthy food . Definitely do not recommend going to this LOCATION!!!

  9 PM on Saturday night walked into pick up an online order. They hadn't even grabbed it off the machine yet. But they were cleaning up the restaurant even though it didn't close For an hour, they did not have any of what I wanted. And then told me they could not issue me a refund. But once I stood around in there 42 minutes, I realized I wouldn't eat anything out of there.The place is disgusting smelled like pot and the kids in there were completely careless

  The quality of service at this CAVA has declined significantly over the past few months. I have been coming to this location regularly for the past two years due to working at Legacy West, and this week alone has been especially frustrating. I have visited twice and experienced a clear lack of urgency and attentiveness from the staff. Today, on a Saturday, there were roughly ten people ahead of me in line, yet several employees were occupied with side tasks that could have waited instead of helping move the line along. One employee in particular, who was the only person assembling bowls, repeatedly stopped to turn around and chat with coworkers. This was the same individual who earlier this week made my bowl, rang up my order, then turned around to continue chatting while I was paying. My bowl was left sitting on the other side of the counter while I was ignored, to the point that I had to reach over and take it myself. I am often on a limited lunch break, and I expect a reasonable level of attentiveness from the people preparing my meal so that time is not unnecessarily wasted.
