  I had an amazing experience at Cava, and it was all thanks to the two employees at the front, Leann and Ja’mya. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. They greeted me with great energy and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to clearly explain the menu, which I really appreciated since there are so many different combinations and options. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. On top of that, they gave some really great recommendations based on what I was looking for, and everything they suggested turned out to be delicious. You can tell Leann and Ja’mya genuinely care about customer service and creating a great experience. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!

  The overall food is good. They asked me if I wanted spicy chicken or regular and I said regular. The chicken was very spicy! The manger was very nice and gave me beef instead at no extra charge. The beef tasted good but was full of fat & gristle. They have unsweetened tea but no sweeteners. Not even sugar.

  It seems every time I come here I am treated with a lot of sarcasm and rudeness. Workers don’t seem happy to be there and helpful at all. EVERY TIME I have come here, tables are dirty and when I see someone “cleaning them” they just do half or barely any of the table. I decided to get steak today and accept the upcharge just to get cold, extremely chewy steak. I do not recommend coming to this location. I love their food but service does not make it worth it to come here. cava, hire better employees that treat people with kindness and enthusiasm.

  This was the best bowl everrrrrrrrrr. Ali was the first face I saw. Little intimidating, but very helpful. Gave me extra rice 👌. Pepe was the second lad I saw. Nice off the bat, helped me pick my sauce. Lastly, Daniel. Tricked me into thinking the Harissa sauce was not spicy, it is. Through this experience I grew as a person, I gained a new experience and learned a lot about myself. Oh! And the last worker who left the biggest impact on me was Emily. Thank you so much Cava Crew you da best new music. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMENDATION

  The DREAM TEAM was in full effect tonight! Ja’Mya, Pepe, and Anastasia were amazing from start to finish. Ja’Mya’s suggestion to add the harissa chicken to my bowl was spot on—so flavorful and perfectly balanced. Anastasia nailed it with her topping recommendations, taking it to the next level. And Pepe wrapped everything up with top-notch service and the blueberry lavender recommendation… chef’s kiss—absolutely delicious. The energy, attention to detail, and customer service were unmatched. This team truly made the experience. I’ll definitely be back!
