  I placed a to-go order and the food was excellent. I ordered the meatballs and ricotta and the fettuccine Carrabba’s. Both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and the portions were generous. I would absolutely return for the food. However, my main issue was that I felt uncomfortable with the pickup process. A male employee unexpectedly approached my car to collect payment without any prior call or notification. One moment I was looking down, and the next there was someone standing next to my car window. As a woman, that caught me off guard and felt unsettling. To be clear, the employee himself was very friendly and professional. This is not a reflection on him personally! It’s about the whole pick up process I experienced that I disagree with. Also, I waited for a bit and noticed he did not approach any of the other customers who pulled up, which added to my discomfort and confusion. I was not even given the opportunity to go into the restaurant or call the restaurant to get my food. What I’m used to is pulling into a designated curbside area and notifying the restaurant that I’ve arrived, or simply just parking and going in to get my food. That process feels more structured and predictable. Being approached unexpectedly without first checking in felt intrusive. The food was great and I would return, but I hope the curbside process can be more consistent.

  Food taste was below average, less quantity of food than published on photo at website, prices are high, Would not go this place again.

  My husband and I went on Valentine's Day. They were slammed and we had a 40 minute wait... it was totally worth it. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. Our server in particular, Haley(Hailey?) was great. She was attentive, checked in on us frequently, and made sure to refill our waters without us having to ask. Carrabba's has always been my favorite restaurant but this just proves why. Can't wait to go back again!

  Delicious food, kind waiters, and the service is amazing💯 i got the fettuccine weesie. Although it’s very cheesy the sauce balances it all out. In summary I recommend coming here.

  Our waitress wasn’t rude but definitely showed signs she was having a good night despite the place not having many customers. Both my husband and I agree that the food was entirely too salty. Not sure we’ll be back.
