Me and my bf come here all the time… unfortunately this time we found lots of hair in our food. Another thing is the feathers… I know it’s natural but to have as many as I did ?! It seems like they didn’t even try to clean them off right, I’m disappointed

We picked up a big order to watch for the Super Bowl at home and got a ton of extra sauces! They could’ve made them at home. It’s just it seems super convenient and they were very nice when we picked it up.

This location’s atmosphere has declined under new management. Service has been consistently slow. Also, since when is BWW not dog-friendly? If management has concerns about my wife’s quiet 2.8-lb poodle, those concerns should be addressed directly and politely by management rather than relayed through a teenage server after she took our drink order.

Apparently, the patio is no longer dog-friendly. In the past, we were told it was, and we’ve brought our dogs multiple times. This time, after seating us, the waitress informed us that the manager does not allow dogs.
Perhaps you should inform potential customers with dogs BEFORE seating them and having them wait a good 15 minutes?
