If I knew that I would have picked something else. $13 for a 2 scoop sundae plus tip is $15 for 2 scoops of ice cream with no seating inside. It was 75 outside so no reason for melted ice cream. I drove an hour to get there and expected a better experience. I updated my review to show pictures since they said the temperature was fine for the ice cream. You can see it was melted. The seating they stated was at the store was a bench along the wall. There are no tables or chairs. There was nothing mentioned about the sundae being replaced if it didn't meet my expectations. That would be nice to know though. I will say all of the ice cream around mine was frozen. Just mine wasn't. I was thinking she would dig deeper in the carton to get colder ice cream but she didn't.

The service felt personal and intentional, not transactional. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable visit with great ice cream and even better service. I’d definitely come back and recommend this location to others.

Havent been in a store in forever. Will definitely be back. The cake selection is phenomenal and they have a design for every season. Highly recommend.
