We waited patiently to select our ice cream while they continued to serve other customers who arrived after us (while also engaging in pointless banter with those customers). When another customer who entered after us went to make his order, he stopped and said, “Oh, no. I think they were here first.” I told them that we had waited for a while but planned to take our business elsewhere. Although the location is convenient, we won’t be returning to this Baskin-Robbins because of today’s experience.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
