Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully set. The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made us feel welcome right away. The food was exceptional—clearly made with high-quality ingredients and real care. Every dish was perfectly seasoned. Service was smooth and timely, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great overall vibe that made us want to stay longer.

Amazing service, food and ambiance. It’s 100% halal and that’s a huge plus for us. We ordered the following items from the menu and everything was prepared fresh and was delicious: - Western Omelette (with a side of pancake and hash browns) - Meat Lovers Omelette (with a side of pancake and house potatoes) - Kids Banana Nutella Pancake (they were kind enough to accommodate our request to substitute bananas for strawberries) - Classic Waffle (with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon) We all loved our food. Coffee was ok. The young lady who served us was friendly, courteous and very prompt with service. In sum, we loved it here and will surely be back to try other items on the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aroma Breakfast and Lunch in Plano, and it was an absolute delight! I tried their chicken fajita omelet, which was bursting with flavor, and their Caesar chicken wrap, fresh and delicious. The Nutella strawberry banana pancakes were a heavenly treat, perfectly sweet and satisfying. Additionally, Aroma offers a wonderful family-friendly seating arrangement, making it a great spot for everyone. Plus, it’s super easy to find right off the Highway 75 service road. Overall, Aroma is a fantastic destination for breakfast and lunch lovers!

Aroma breakfast google review My wife found this place as we were driving past looking for a breakfast spot and wow what a find! We came in with her parents and we were all left absolutely wowed from start to finish. Aroma feels neat and clean but still cozy. You can tell the family really values quality as even their tables, benches, plateware and silverware all felt high-end and very solid! But of course the food was the star of the show! My wife and her parents all ordered the meat lovers omelette with home potatoes and I got the Mediterranean platter with humus and mohammara, and everything was nothing short of spectacular, down to the last potato. I’d never had mohammara before, but I was blown away by the flavor and hint of spice - the dips with pita, eggs and veggies all paired beautifully together. This Syrian/Mediterranean-American fusion is genius and we look forward to coming back and trying more dishes. As if all this wasn’t enough, our server Abdullah (AJ) was very warm and welcoming, even using a bit of his Spanish to speak with my in-laws which he was really sweet to do so. My only regrets is that I was so excited to dig in to the food that I forgot to take pictures. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be coming back. Plano’s newest hidden gem ❤️

Edit: I would like to provide more context in light of this restaurant's response and false accusation against me. Fortunately in this modern era of smart tech I can confidently say we arrived right about 11:25 and left at 12:31. We were sat quickly and ordered quickly, getting our drinks soon after. This would be the last time our waiter came to our table, so after about 45 minutes of waiting, we asked another server to check on the status of our food, only to not receive a response. They claim there was a rush but there were plenty of empty tables throughout our time there and the crowd only decreased in size (for those who've worked in the restaurant industry, they were at ~70% of a typical weekend brunch rush). Had they said they were short-staffed, we would have understood, but management said nothing of the sort while we were there or in their response. Management claimed the food was ready but I watched from our table as all the dishes on the window were taken from the kitchen to the party of 8 who had been waiting for the entire time we were inside. I'm not sure if some of our food was ready in the kitchen, but we unfortunately never received any indication we were getting our food any time soon. Now, for the truly shameful part of Aroma's response - accusing us of not paying for the Iced Tea. Basically accusing a customer you provided poor service to of stealing something that costs you less than a dollar is wild enough, but it's also completely false. A $5 bill was cleanly folded and placed upon it that would cover the $2.99 price, tax AND tip for the drink. If one of your staff took the money and didn't tell you, that's something you need to verify for yourself before slandering someone; but if you just made that up to score some sympathy points with potential customers after being called out, y'all don't deserve to be in business. As proclaimed industry veterans, there's simply no excuse to be providing this kind of service without even a hint of responsibility. Besides the false accusation over an iced tea, my frustration is that so many good Muslim businesses struggle to gain any traction while the ones who cut corners (here, it seems to be regarding their staff) somehow survive. Businesses like this one lower the standard so those investing in a good customer experience can’t compete, hurting us all. ------------ Expect a minimum 1 hour wait time after ordering from undertrained staff.
