My first time coming to delucca and I’m not going to lie the food is good something different and the vibe is good but the service is okay but I would come back again, if the servers doesn’t take a while with the pizza.

We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a really nice upscale feel without being too formal. The food was absolutely delicious—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel well taken care of throughout the meal.

I had a great experience at this Brazilian pizzeria! 🍕 From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming—it really makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and perfect whether you’re going with family or friends. Now the most important part: the pizza was amazing! The crust was perfectly balanced—light and crispy—and the toppings were generous with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they really care about what they serve. The menu also has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone. Definitely a place worth visiting, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

I had such a great experience! The concept is unlimited pizza, but elevated in every way. From the quality of ingredients to the presentation and overall atmosphere. The service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and kept the pizzas coming! The green/red card system at the table is a fun and effective way to control the pace. The variety of pizzas circulating is impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. I also loved that you can request a custom pizza if there’s something specific you want. The atmosphere works for so many occasions. While we were there, we saw families, couples on dates, groups of friends, and even professionals grabbing a drink at the bar. The pricing is also a great value considering the quality and experience. Drinks are separate, but the cocktails are well worth it. It gave me a nostalgic feeling of when I was younger and going to Cici’s Pizza, but this is definitely a more refined, adult version. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited Delucca Gaucho Pizza at the Plano location, which has always been one of my favorite pizza restaurants in Texas. I’ve been to two other locations before, and every experience there has been consistently 5-star—great service, amazing quality, and overall a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those same standards. When I arrived, I walked in through the main entrance and there was no one there to greet or seat us. We waited for a while before anyone came over, which was a bit disappointing right from the start. Once we were seated, the first two slices of pizza came out cold and very rubbery. I tried to brush it off, thinking it might just be an off start. However, as more slices came out—about seven in total, including my favorite (the four cheese and Nutella)—they were consistently soft, limp, and lacking the texture and quality I’m used to. The slices were so underwhelming that I couldn’t even enjoy the Nutella pizza, which is usually a highlight for me. To their credit, I spoke with the manager, and they were attentive and did their best to take care of my family, which I truly appreciate. However, the issue seemed to be ongoing in the kitchen, as the pizzas kept coming out of the brick oven with the same problems—overly soft, greasy, and with cheese that felt watery and fell apart instead of holding together. I’m not writing this to hurt the business, because I genuinely enjoy this restaurant and still consider it one of my favorites. That’s exactly why I felt it was important to share this experience. When a place known for high quality starts slipping—even to the point where something like a lobster bisque tastes watered down—it’s worth bringing attention to. My hope is that this feedback helps the Plano location tighten up its quality control, especially with ingredient prep and consistency, so it can match the high standards I’ve experienced at the other locations. I know how great this place can be, and I look forward to seeing it return to that level.
