I ordered the $25 steak carpaccio. It tasted like mustard. Then I ordered Sea Bass $50. It tasted like a cheap Dung Hung Lo Chinese dish I could have paid $8 for and had delivered. Embarrassing for Del Frisco’s. I’ve eaten at 10 Del Friscos around the country. This was the worse experience in food preparation ever! Over powering seasoning top quality cuts of beef and Bass. I’m going to NYC in 2 weeks. I HAD a reservation for 8 people. I have since canceled this reservation. My bill was $100 after a good tip to the bartenders. They were great. Embarrassing for Del Friscos. I’m done.

It’s one of our favorite spots! Dane is the best…we appreciate his attention to detail and he always takes great care of us. We appreciate that they are able to accommodate our allergies as well. Highly recommend!

Dane turned a quick spare of the moment dinner decision with friends , to a spectacular double date! I was a little off put by the hostess delaying our trip to the table when I sweet young lady tried to direct her to our waiting party. That little delay was quickly erased by Danes class act customer satisfaction. Even though this location is loser to home, I usually prefer the Dallas location. However the attention to detail with all members of our party and commitment Dane shown to ensure we were satisfied - so close to closing time. I’m amazed. Dane and management thank you!

I recently visited for my birthday dinner with my family and that will likely be the last time I visit this place. While we may not be “regulars” we do enjoy a nice dinner a couple times a yr for bday or anniversary. The food is always amazing and that I was pleased with but I can’t say the same for the service. Our server was very condescending making snarky remarks when I’d ask questions. He never asked what was the occasion, or spoke in a welcoming way, rushed through everything. I’m not one to call something discriminatory but this was so obviously so! I felt so disappointed and hid it from my family so we could enjoy my bday dinner. I saw the table next to us with a different waiter get a whole another experience; a smiling face, pleasant attitude and cake! He almost laughed when I asked about the Landry’s rewards and later upon checking saw he didn’t apply my bday reward and it expired. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry it was so bad. Everyone and I mean everyone that comes through your doors deserves the same level of respect.

Met up with a friend for a Sunday lunch/dinner at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse and the first thing I noticed was the vibe. The inside is extremely it-girl cute, but in a tasteful way. Not the tacky “flower wall and neon sign” aesthetic everyone seems to be doing. The space has these beautiful green furniture pieces that give it a modern, upscale feel without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for catching up with a friend, lingering over drinks, or having a slightly bougie Sunday meal. We started with the bacon appetizer, which is basically thick-cut pork belly. The concept is great, sweet, savory, rich, but the peppercorns and peppers pushed it a little too far into spicy territory. And that’s coming from someone who loves spice. It kind of overpowered what could have been a really balanced dish. For my entrée I ordered the short rib, and unfortunately it was the miss of the night for me. It came out a bit bland, which was surprising for a steakhouse like this. I actually ended up taking it home and lightly braising it with more seasoning and enjoyed it much more the second time around. Now to be fair, the other dishes at the table were a different story. The half chicken entrée (with subbed veggies) and the filet both got rave reviews, so it may have just been my particular choice that didn’t hit. One thing I was excited to see on the menu was non-alcoholic cocktails with zero-proof spirits. Love that more places are doing that. Unfortunately the ones we tried were a little heavy on the flavoring, so the drinks felt a bit overpowering. If I go back, I’d probably skip those and just order a regular cocktail. Where the restaurant absolutely delivered was service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel smooth and easy. Final take: Great atmosphere, great service, mixed results on the food depending on what you order. I’d definitely come back for the vibe, drinks, and a different entrée next time.
