- DMDarrell McMillon3 days ago1.0I wish I had read the reviews before wasting gift cards here. The food barely had any flavor. Nursing home food might be better. The rice was dry, the chicken was dry, the peppers and onions were dehydrated. It was 8:30 pm when we ordered and there was NO GUACAMOLE. Chipotle runs commercial after commercial about how fresh their food is and their guacamole. There was no sour cream. This store needs to be closed, retrained or shut down completely. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Several of the drink selections were out and no one did anything about it the entire time we were in the restaurant even though we told someone about the issue. Very disappointed with the experience overall.

Food was already paid but you are still having to wait as if your food is being freshly made ! Short staffed or not the online orders waiting in the drive thru just needs their food given to them. Why the excessive wait ? People take their 30 minute lunches around the area and they waste all their lunch time just by waiting in the drive-thru! Please service the drive thru better ! This is getting out of hand considering this isn’t the first time this happens from my experience!
