  Super small portion sizes, chicken was literally drowned in salt, it’s un eatable. Didn’t even fill my queso halfway but still charge $5 for half a cup of melted cheese, acting like it comes out of their paycheck, Terrible, never going to Chipotle again they have completely fallen off, especially this horrible location. Fire that Cook!

  I do love me some Chipotle, but this one is definitely one of the worst for timeliness. You never know what you’re going to get except that it will be really really slow. If you order in, there will be two people in line in front of you and it takes twenty minutes, or try to order ahead and show up 15-minutes after it’s supposed to be ready and you still wait another 20-min. Save yourself the trouble and drive down the highway to the one on Custer and 121. Please get your act together!

  actually so bad. every time i come, there is ZERO food made. i was just there and they lost 5 customers within 2min due to not having any food prepped. i’m not the customer to come in right before close either but an HOUR AND A HALF before close - nothings out. said they couldn’t take any food from the togo area .. after just pulling veggies from there for a person before us. people working there are incredibly rude and entitled. there’s been a few times that i order online too and have to tell me that there wasn’t half of the stuff i ordered - after paying while im picking it up. also shit portions. awful overall.

  I've been here 3 times and the food has been good, but wow please clean the place. It's 7pm, there is no line, and kids standing around. But tables are dirty, and some of the floor looks like so.e toddlers dropped half their food, but no one cleaned anything up. The drink area has trash on the counter ... just all the mess is a total turnoff. I've tried 3 times and I love the food, but I can't get past this mess anymore. Mgmt can't care about their customers if they think this level of cleanliness is ok.

  I first went to Store # 4331 on Coit & Main around 11:45 AM on Friday and was told that they cannot assure that the Saturday order can be ready by 11:30 AM since the online form was showing the earliest available as 12:00 PM. The store manager asked me to call her @ 2PM without any assurance that the catering order can be ready the next day by 11:30 AM. I was considering other options but decided to give Ms. Angelina’s store # 4636 a try and she was very polite and acknowledged the catering order process limitation; she asked if 11:45 AM would work but eventually we agreed for a pick up at 11:15 AM while the online form now moved the order time to 12:45 between my hustling to find alternate options and drive over to the other location. Ms. Angelina was great with communicating on the order readiness update on Saturday and had the food ready to save the day for me. Ms. Angelina is an excellent team member and as a shared holder and loyal customer, I wanted to share this positive experience with you.
