  I had a really rough visit to this Chipotle. I just wanted a simple substitution for a kid's meal, asking to swap the taco for other ingredients. The girl with the tattoos who was acting like the manager was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even consider it. When I asked about the actual policy for substitutions, she got even more aggressive and pushed us to just buy a bowl. Then, when she made the bowl, the portions were a joke. The scoops were tiny, almost like she was being minimalistic on purpose because I'd spoken up. It’s frustrating to deal with that kind of attitude and still get a skimpy meal. I'd definitely skip this location.

  Everything good besides over cooking the meats and the beans looked like they have been out for a few days and just kept repeating them.

  Came here at 4 o’clock. Only one kid working. I did see him go back and ask multiple times for help instead the other workers just stood in the back talking. They had no meat available. Drove to another chipotle and they wouldn’t serve me because they only had online quesadillas. So in one day, I drove to chipotle’s and got no food

  Location needs to be managed better. It’s dirty upon walking in. The outside table umbrella was laying in the walk way. They already barely give you any meat as it is and this time it was even less because she did a half scoop and then let at least 5-6 pieces of chicken fall onto the counter. Guac was brown. Check out counter was dirty. The cashier was pushing my bag towards me when leaving, along with all the food that was spilled over the counter. The drink & plasticware area was dirty and there were no forks. Instead of bringing out replacements, she brings me out one fork as if no one else is going to need one lol. Thanks so much for my bowl of lettuce and rice. I won’t be back.

  Tonight’s experience at this Chipotle location was honestly disappointing. The line was visibly dirty, the silver and food wells were filthy, and there was no sense of urgency to clean or restock anything. There was no chicken available and no effort being made to quickly refill it. All of the dressings were completely out, and they had to be told to restock them. One of the employees on the line stated she couldn’t help the cook refill the food, which was frustrating to hear as a customer. I worked at Chipotle when I was younger, so I understand how things run and how much has changed over the years — but teamwork and urgency are still basics. That was clearly missing tonight. The only person who seemed to be moving with purpose was a young Black man who was working extremely hard trying to get the line back in order. Everyone else appeared disengaged. It’s unfortunate because one person shouldn’t have to carry the entire operation. Also, since when did salad dressing become $1.60 each? I hope management takes a look at this location. Cleanliness, communication, and teamwork make a huge difference in the customer experience.
