  I hate to pile on because I know one experience may not paint the whole picture, but I ordered a salad using the app, and received a bowl filled 75% while of course, paying 100%. Worst part is, I complained about the order through the Chipotle app and wasn’t even offered a remake or a refund. The AI bot just ended the chat when I said I’d like a refund. As the reviews say, it’s probably best to order in person at this location, but then again, if the management is aware of complaints about small portion sizes for mobile orders and it still hasn’t been addressed, that makes me wonder if they’re truly committed to their customers dining experience. Definitely won’t be back.

  We just returned from the Chipotle on Independence Pkwy, Plano and I wanted to share some feedback about our experience. I visited with my two children, and although the restaurant was nearly empty, the service felt unexpectedly dismissive. The staff member preparing our food didn’t greet us, ask any questions, or show much courtesy — even when serving my 10‑year‑old. I understand everyone can have an off day, but respectful service is a basic expectation, especially when customers are paying for their meals. A simple smile or acknowledgment goes a long way. I hope the team can receive some guidance on maintaining a welcoming attitude, as it makes a meaningful difference for families choosing to dine there. Hope she see gets to see this message and we are never going back there again.

  The steak was cold and dry. The workers barely put any sauce and meat in the first place and charged extra for more. If I’m paying 40$ for 2 meals, at least put the correct quantities

  I tried to order a side of rice and beans. I asked for a bit extra rice. I don’t remember her name but it was the Mexican manager. She saw my bowl of rice and beans and told the cashier to charge me a full bowl price. It was ONLY rice and beans. I’ve been doing this for some time now and go multiple locations and I’m always charged two sides, comes out to $3 bucks and some change. Compared to a whole bowl, and I only do veggies when I do order a bowl. That’s like $12. I went to the same location after a month of going out of my way to a farther location, short on time. I ordered the same thing and was charged what I normally pay. My son use to be an employee for chipotle, and he stated they throw the rice away at the end of the night. Why was my bit extra rice such a big deal. It was a side that is thrown away at night.

  The food was made fresh right in front of me and it was absolutely delightful. Customer service was also quick and easy.
