    I ordered a side salad with my meal and found a sizable bug in it. Unfortunately it was after eating almost the entire contents. Naturally, I was disgusted. I contacted customer service immediately after the incident and it has now been 2 days without an attempt to resolve it.

    This place used to be great until they moved to a larger location. I don’t know if it’s a management or training issue. Maybe the staff is just overwhelmed by the mobile and order drive thru line. But every time I come in i’m almost always missing something. Straws, fries, incorrect salad dressing, incorrect chicken on salad, wrong drinks, etc. I thought ordering online would make it easier but still the same problems. If you order inside staff is either really nice or seems distraught, don’t make eye contact and blatantly drift off mid order. Management needs an overhaul here.

    I accidentally went through the wrong line. The two girls that were taking the orders told me to go around, which got me stuck behind a car, and they were honestly pretty rude, but the manager Megan took great care of me so for that reason I give it four stars.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be addressed. This is clearly not a Chick-fil-A brand issue — it’s a management, training, and attitude problem at this specific location. From the moment I walked in, the staff came across as rude and dismissive, with little respect for customers. It was obvious they are not properly trained, which resulted in an incorrect order and an unacceptable delay. What stood out the most was the manager’s attitude — unprofessional, disengaged, and unwilling to take ownership or resolve the situation. That is where the real failure lies. Chick-fil-A is known for consistency, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. Unfortunately, this location is not meeting those standards at all. If leadership doesn’t step up, invest in proper training, and fix the team culture, the customer experience will continue to decline. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the brand deserves better representation than what I experienced here.

    If I could give 0 starts I would. There has been MULTIPLE times that this location always forgets the sauces. I understand it’s just sauce, but repeatedly forgetting it? And when asked if we could have our sauces that we ordered this location said they’re OUT of sauces. How is this possible? It’s 11AM ON A SATURDAY. Very disappointed with how this establishment is run. Not sure who is management but they need to do a better job on training their staff to pack orders properly. Absolutely ridiculous that every time I go to this location I have to eat my food DRY. I’m contacting corporate because this is absolutely ridiculous.
