Plus, the salad looked old so it was garbage either way. To top it off, my fries were stone cold like they had been sitting there for 30 minutes before I even placed my order. Management needs to get on top of the kids at this location.

I thought chick fil a was known for great service but I was mad to find out how my family was treated. They were treated harshly and griped at today for asking a question. I know people won’t care but we won’t be eating there anymore.

This Plano location is consistently and noticeably the slowest--and some days a LOT slower than expected for any Chick fil A drive thru.
