  I absolutely love Central Market and will unfortunately continue to buy however today 04/10 at approx 6:50PM my husband and I were approached by the overseer of the self check out. I am visually impaired and part of my therapy is to attempt to scan items and absolutely takes me a bit longer. Upon leaving my husband and I noticed we did not recieve a $2 discount with our app and were approached by an asian female taking care of the self check out station. She asked if all was ok and we said "sorry for the delay but noticing we didnt get out discount so we will head over to customer service" during that time she interrupted us twice stating that if there were something we didnt scan they had cameras above watching us always and everything we scanned. We decided to move along and after getting to our handicapped spot we talked about how kinda awful her remarks were. Hope Central Market can at least guide that employee to be more sensitive even if a disability is not completely visable.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never go to this Central Market again. The fire glazed ham that we were so looking forward to was gray, greenish brown and bloody in parts of it. We had to order food. On top of that they didn't even refund me all of the charge. I have pictures. I received the partial refund , but NO APOLOGY OR TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Y'all picked a ham to deliver that wasn't even close to being good. Shame on Central Market on Coit in Plano, Tx. The ham was packed on the March 28th and had a sell by date of the day before Easter! I would never have bought a ham with those dates. This was just wrong. As much as Central Market Management didn't care, we still celebrated our Lord and Savior's resurrection day! Jesus is still King.

  $3 slice pizza and $7-8 a plate for breakfast and it tastes fresh, organic and delicious?? This location is easily the best of the catalogue, outshines the Austin locations 🤍

  The shop is good but it was extremely crowdy on Saturday. I have difficulties to find a parking spot and move inside the shop.

  This is the first time I write a review on a grocery store. But this time I felt I need to. The cashier was so rude, beyond anything I’ve ever encounter from a person. Michelle I found out is her name. She got very annoyed that the peppers I chose did not have stickers on them so she could charge them .that was the start. She was so annoyed, the entire time she scanned my groceries, which were 95% produce, she threw them on the belt line so hard, she smashed my tomatoes and bruise them. And they are not cheap, I got the big heirloom ones. Needless to say, she took her time to find out what price are the chocolates I purchased, because she ripped the bag open to be able to see the bar code which I don’t understand why she couldn’t. Some lady came and helped her because she was visibly struggling. Maybe she was new. However, in a store that prides itself on quality, they should hire quality people. Central Market is owned by HEB, I shopped at HEB almost every day when I was in Houston, but this lady should work somewhere else. Her attitude towards me was unacceptable. Not to mention I had to bag my own groceries. Never had I had to do that at HEB or any other Central Market. This person does not represent Central Market values. She should go and work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. I can’t get over the rudeness and her behavior. Appalling.This is the store in Plano, TX
