  I had to see what all the social media hype was about so decided to give it a try. I arrived was greeted as soon as I walked in and decided to build my own grains bowl. The young lady was very patient with me as I had questions about the menu and dressings and she made great suggestions. I absolutely loved the harissa chicken along with the crazy feta, peta chips, harissa , balsamic date vinaigrette and the lemonade. The portions were just enough and I liked my food so much I ordered it for delivery the very next day.

  I had a great experience at CAVA. The food was fresh, flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I love how customizable everything is—you can build your bowl exactly how you want, and there are plenty of healthy options without sacrificing taste. The staff was friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the place was clean and well-organized. Everything came out quickly and was well-portioned. Overall, it’s a solid go-to spot whether you’re looking for something quick, healthy, or just really good Mediterranean-inspired food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  It’s been a while since I’ve visited Cava. I must say that the customer service was impeccable. Emily was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She provided great recommendations and wasn’t afraid to provide her honest opinion when asked. Daniel the manager was also pleasant, knowledgeable and answered questions about their juices. There was another talk young gentleman there that was helping others. He also had a pleasant attitude. The restaurant was clean and of course the food was delicious.   I just stopped into this location to grab Cava to deliver to my daughter as a surprise. She lives in South Texas where no Cava restaurants exist. The staff was amazing! When I told her that I was taking the food on a road trip tomorrow, she packaged the hot, cold and dressings separately so they would travel better and bot get mushy! Above and beyond service! I feel bad that I didn’t get the young ladys name. Kudos for the care and concern!

  Came to pick up food for my family last night. Never had Cava before. Came home, started eating our salad, there was a bug in it. Will never return again. The 3 young ppl working there that evening, were playing games and joking around while I was checking out. Maybe they should be inspecting the food better and less joking around. You can check the film and see them joking and laughing etc. All I know is, if one more person tells me to go online to support.cava, I’ll be calling the local food inspector. How about someone who works in the store, or the owner reach out directly to me instead of shifting the issues of your store that you run and are responsible for to people who don’t care in corporate. I hope people read this before going there. For the amount of money a person can spend there, you could have better food quality management and better service.
