  This is my favorite Italian place! The food never let's me down and the service is par none! The birthday song is like no one I've heard and made me feel so good. They have a really cool deal going too. After your main entree you can buy a take-home meal for $10.00. Every one in your party gets the deal. 4 meals gets 40 bucks for 4 more meals to take home! This is my go to restaurant for my birthday!

  Have been coming to Carrabbas for 20+ years. Never disappointed. Had the chicken trio, calamari, and an old fashion tonight. All excellent. Wendy was our server and was spot on.

  I have gone to this location for over twenty years and have noticed a steady decline in the service. I have seen the ownership change multiple times.The food has been consistently good but to me, the service is just as important. My wife and I stopped in yesterday and for the first time we decided to sit at a table. As soon as we were seated, we noticed a pretty big wobble in the table so we moved to the bar which is our normal. Once seated, the two employees behind the bar were busy dealing with an unhappy customer’s order and a server came after a few minutes to take our order. She had a very sour look on her face and did not seem to want to be there. After she took our drink order, she told us that we were “going to have to give her a minute “. Our drink order was wrong and after we sat there for a few minutes, we decided to leave due to the bad vibe we both felt. I wish that I could leave a positive review and rarely give a negative one. Normally, I don’t say anything and just don’t go back but this time I was just so disappointed that I felt like saying something.

  I placed a to-go order and the food was excellent. I ordered the meatballs and ricotta and the fettuccine Carrabba’s. Both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and the portions were generous. I would absolutely return for the food. However, my main issue was that I felt uncomfortable with the pickup process. A male employee unexpectedly approached my car to collect payment without any prior call or notification. One moment I was looking down, and the next there was someone standing next to my car window. As a woman, that caught me off guard and felt unsettling. To be clear, the employee himself was very friendly and professional. This is not a reflection on him personally! It’s about the whole pick up process I experienced that I disagree with. Also, I waited for a bit and noticed he did not approach any of the other customers who pulled up, which added to my discomfort and confusion. I was not even given the opportunity to go into the restaurant or call the restaurant to get my food. What I’m used to is pulling into a designated curbside area and notifying the restaurant that I’ve arrived, or simply just parking and going in to get my food. That process feels more structured and predictable. Being approached unexpectedly without first checking in felt intrusive. The food was great and I would return, but I hope the curbside process can be more consistent.
