We originally planned to dine in, but shortly after ordering, we realized we were running behind for our next appointment. When we explained the situation to our server, Kiya, she didn’t miss a beat. She coordinated with the kitchen to pivot our order to-go immediately and had everything packed up for us in moments. Thanks to her efficiency and friendly attitude, we made it to our appointment with five minutes to spare—and with full, happy bellies thanks to the delicious boneless tenders. We really wish we could have stayed to enjoy the atmosphere, but we’ll definitely be back. I hope management sees this: Kiya provided top-tier customer service!

It lists what, if any, major allergens are in each and every item on the menu. Including sides like tots (which are gluten free btw). It makes it SO much easier to eat out and not have to worry about what trace amou is of things my son could be getting and then guessing when he has a reaction. If we go to BWW we know for sure. A+ on service and food and thank goodness for wipes at every table for BBQ kid faces!
