  As a native Floridian I was so happy to have a Bojangles nearby. I decided to ignore the reviews and come here. The service is horrible. I waited almost 22 minutes to have my food brought out to me. (I only ordered a sausage egg bisquit meal.) When I pulled into the drive through, there wasnt anyone else there to order. Then they got my order wrong. Probably because it had been almost 30 minutes since I ordered and they couldn't remember it. The new location in McKinney Texas is the same way. I was hoping this location would be better. Bojangles, please either train your team properly or hire a new staff that has experience in the food industry, otherwise you'll be shut down within a year.

  Visited in the first week of opening. Even though there appeared to be plenty of employees, it took a long time for an employee to take my order. The order kiosk said they were out of Bo's sauce, but they did have it. I don't think that my first sauce should cost 39 cents. The menu does not tell you the price of the sandwich a la carte. The app promo wouldn't work, but manager was able to override. Took longer than expected to receive food. I was given my order on a tray even though I asked for carry out. I don't care for the flavor of the chicken; too strong for my liking. The fries are pretty good.

  Check your order especially for take-out. Their accuracy is bad. I ordered 4 pcs chicken snack and was given 3 pcs. Also the sauce and condiments selected were not given. there are multiple similar complaints on google map review - even some mentioned the 3pcs was given 2 pcs only.. I am glad they opened in the neighborhood but this is just bad practice.

  I wish to give half star if I can do that the service is very bad I went for a drive-through. Waited over five minutes and after that, they asked me to pull over. Wait another three minutes so I went to inside the store, I grabbed the food I go back to the car. I open it and shows small fries which I ordered large fries. go back to the store. I told them ordered larger fries and they put me a small one. Said OK can I see the receipt? I told her it’s in the car I said yeah go and bring it so I kept the meal and go out.

  Went there on Thursday, order a simple breakfast sandwich. Left and realize I got the wrong order. I knew I should have checked it but, how can you screw up a biscuit egg and sausage sandwich. They managed to Went back today, told the manager the situation and she gladly replaced the correct order. Happy However, they need to add more egg Well i gave them a lunch chance, was not impressed. I ordered gravy and got a tasteless paste like substance. The dirty rice was good but, it was a small serving. No wonder there was no vehicles at the drive thru line at lunchtime
