The customer service was very poor, and the portion sizes have noticeably decreased compared to other locations. The ice cream was melting quickly, and when I asked about it, the representative said it was because of the caramel which does not make sense, as it should not have been melting that way. The taste was also not the same quality I’ve experienced at other BR locations. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to others.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
