  Ordered the 5 layer burrito for me and my daughter. One word. GROSS. We used to love them, they were our favorite go-to item. Something has changed. My daughter couldn't finish hers and I took three bites of mine and threw it away. This store has been going downhill in the last few months. The atmosphere is nothing like it used to be. It felt very odd and gloomy. There's no color on the inside, just bland and unattractive decor. I won't be back.

  They need to double-check orders!!! There have been at least 15 times they forget things or don't make things to specifications. I could understand maybe once or twice, but Everytime we order cinnamon twists they are never there, half the time they forget either a drink or my Mexican Pizza, really!!! It's a meal deal. But recently I have noticed a change, mainly because I go pick it up and double check before I leave the parking lot. Double check before you drive away.

  Why has this taco bell gone down hill. Some employees and managers have no respect for their customers. Without customers you have no business. Burritos were not made correctly. Bad attitudes from certain employees. This seems to be consistent.

  Terrible customer service, always get your orders wrong and try to make you go around and wait in line again.
