Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RSRubi SancJan 4, 20262.0The first time I ordered a chicken sandwich it was dry I tried again and its dry with an old piece of lettuce. Also they forgot to put in spicy ketchup through the drive thru and on another day they forgot the chocolate chip cookies i ordered with the kids meal. Not sure if the employees need better training but I wont be going back for awhile.

What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. The elder man who took our order went above and beyond—he was cleaning around the dining area, placing orders, and even came over to ask if everything was okay. I know Whataburger isn’t a sit-down or waiter-style restaurant, but he made us feel welcomed. That kind of service makes a huge difference. He definitely deserves a raise! Because of him, this was such a great first experience, and I will 100% be coming back.

Customer service was definitely on point and we recommend this spot to anyone. In my experience Whataburgers never have good coffee but this place had good coffee and I finished my entire cup!

While food service is difficult, speaking from experience, her attitude made the experience just that much easier.
