First time was in the summer and I just thought it was a coincidence but then last week I bought one and it happened again so that's a pattern. Before last summers incident I use to buy these all the time with no incident so idk what has changed but deli needs too do a better job!

This is 100% the fault of the management and them not training their employees. I almost never leave negative reviews but watching the assistant manager sit back and watch an employee struggle for more than 30 minutes is too far. I know most of the flak gets thrown at lower level employees but any anger at this location should be directed towards the management. The terrible lazy management.
