  La comida esta muy bien servida. Pedí una hamburguesa y una ensalada. Precios accesibles. El helado es muy rico, el cono está en 1.35 dls. La ensalada está como en 10 DLS aproximadamente dependiendo de la que pidas La hamburguesa al rededor de 10 dls. Dejo copia del recibo para que vean los precios ya con impuestos.

  I’ve gone like 3 times since moving to Plainview, and 2/3 were disappointments. I asked for a diet lemonade since sugar hurts my tummy, and my family got regulars. When we received the lemonades they were all unmarked, handed in the same carrier. Lemonade roulette. My father asked the staff which one was which, and they said they didn’t know, and we asked if they normally marked them, and the staff replied “No.” Like what. The second time, I went in and got a Cobb salad, asked for honey mustard. That was it- they gave me vinaigrette. It was a one item order. For chick fil a, this is not it

  This Chick-fil-A has a remarkable claim to fame. Highway 70 on which it's located is one of the longest roads in the United States, spanning from the Phoenix area to the Atlantic Ocean. Before mid-2025, the westernmost Chick-fil-A on that highway was found in Arkansas. But once this location opened in Plainview on April 10, 2025, it became the only Chick-fil-A on the western half of this 2,372-mile road! Kudos to them! And that's why I visited while driving the entire length of Highway 70. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations including the original in Atlanta, and the food at this Plainview locale is just as good as other stores in this successful chain. The interior is clean and modern, and the employees are professional and friendly. Thanks for expanding to this area of Texas and upholding the name!

  This is a terrible chik fil a. Chicken is nothing but breading and always burnt. Chicken tortilla soup is a bowl of nothing but beans. Fries are always salty. Tired of the kids and their attitude customer service is worthless. Should of gotten Popeyes instead.

  Slowest Service Ever! I visited Chick-fil-A - Plainview on Wednesday, 2/11/2026 at approximately 6:40 AM. I ordered a Number 6 with sausage and an orange juice, plus a chicken biscuit and an additional orange juice. The order process was unusually confusing. My order was repeated back incorrectly (bacon instead of sausage), and I was repeatedly asked whether the Number 6 was “the meal,” despite clearly stating my order multiple times. After pulling forward and paying by card, I received my drinks promptly (two bottles of orange juice taped together with the guest/order sticky label/tag), but then waited approximately 10 minutes for the food. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru when I arrived. When I asked about the delay, I was told the eggs had not been started on time. My food was ultimately provided at 6:50 AM. While all condiments were included, I did not receive the fork I requested, and the hash browns were only about half full. I’ve visited this location many times over the past several months while working on a project in Plainview and often pick up breakfast for colleagues. Chick-fil-A as a brand is typically known for speed and efficiency, but this location tends to be slower during breakfast hours, and this was easily the slowest experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I would prefer to continue stopping here — but mornings like this make the hotel breakfast more appealing.
