  Went to pick up a family order, the lady at the window did not know how to count back change. I gave her enough to give me $10 back. She seemed confused when I gave her the $. She finished the transaction and said there’s $10 left, I put my hand out and said okay, yes. And she then proceeded to shove it in her back pocket and say thank you, while looking around. I then said that’s my grandmas, I need that. She acted like I meant the receipt, added new paper in the machine and gave that to me along with my food instead, with a “have a great day” and closed the window. Maybe she really needed that $10, maybe not. I don’t feel that was good customer service at all, and who knows how many people she does that to. They don’t have a communal tip jar? I don’t know if she made the pizza, or if she was just checking me out. Either way don’t just assume the change is a tip, unless made clear.

  Love this location! Friendly staff & fast service. Food was great & we loved the buffet.

  Every time I have placed an online order, the pizza has always come exactly how I have ordered it. Workers are always friendly and the service is usually quick through the drive thru.
