  I pulled up to drive thru and im trying to order my food and the girl helping me just kept yelling "what else" really fast and wouldn't give me time to see what else I could order and when I asked her if she could repeat my order back to me she said "what else" again I asked her twice to repeat my order back to me to see if I forgotten something and she kept saying "what else" so I drove up to the window and asked if I could add a coke and they said no that I would have to drive all the way back around the drive thru to order my coke. The customer experience there is so poor. This isn't the first time it happened either. I really hope that the owner of this establishment will see this and take some action.

  Came thru for quick drinks, both drinks were flat. Got someone back at the window and asked if we could have different choices since we knew those were going to be flat, told us it was going to be a bit bc she had front orders, instead of finishing up our issue. After waiting again for drinks, those ended up flat too .

  I love McDonalds just not this one…waited 40 mins in line. I’ve told myself I would no longer go here but thought let’s try it again. Nope. First window girl was super sweet. The second window girl gave me my first drink not all the way full then the second drink was overfilled and going all over her arm and my drink. Still proceeded to hand me the drink getting it all over me. A complete joke. Orders 2 quarter pounders. They gave me double quarter pounders instead which is fine but just tells me they arnt paying attention what so ever..go to Whataburger or sonic trust me.

  Staff almost always has a demeanor of being "put out" by having to serve customers. They will pretty consistently mess up your order and nobody is ever at the front counter so you have to hunt them down to get anything. No napkins at the front, no drink machine. It's a chore to get these people to help you out and when you do get their attention they act like you're being a bother by asking for simple things like some napkins or ketchup. They just need a whole new team and management. Last visit we actually had two different tables say how displeased they were as well with one saying "McDonalds isn't what it used to to be..."

  We went through the drive thru. Jacob was so friendly and gave us our food in a timely manner without asking us to pull forward and wait for our order to be ready. It was such a good experience in the small town of Pittsburgh TX. This young man got our road trip to Denton off to a great start for just being so helpful and caring!
