Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Took three trips through the drive through to get our order completely right. Coffee was the worst burnt coffee I have ever had anywhere. Gas station coffee is seriously better than this. In addition, we asked for 2 ketchups per person (7 people) and we were told they “can’t give that much ketchup”. I’m sorry but 2 per person is not unreasonable when spending $80 on food. Will never go back here and we live in this town. I’ll go to Mount Pleasant location before I do.

I ordered a simple #2 with cheese Lettuce Mustard and onions and evidently either he's telling me I need to exercise more or it sounded like a single with Lettuce only but on the plus side the did manage to get my onions right.

(They were pretty busy, but still no excuse for the service) We sat there for 15 minutes, PAID, then sat there another 20 minutes just to not get all of my food. Go inside to tell them, and get told "that's life, I'm here 30 minutes past my shift" by one of the little smart mouth kids in there. I'll never be back.
