I thought it was just me but I have seen many reviews saying the same thing. I am always polite and kind so I can't imagine a reason they would be rude to me. The wait times are always outrageous and the food is normally cold when we get it. My kids love happy meals and that is all I normally order. I think we are just gonna stick with whataburger.

But they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get my order WRONG!!! I paid for what I ordered and I only got half of my order! And what sucks is that I live 20 minutes from town. And I can’t just turn around and go back. I saw 2 hash browns so I figured the order was correct.
