    Is this really a a fast food establishment… food should be free if I had to wait over 10min in line not busy.

    Hardly any of our orders have been right tye last few times we have gone. I would get a hamburger and ask for just mustard. I had 3 tiny drops of mustard on mine. And my son always asks for no pickles. His always ends up with pickles. My husband says light mayo on his spicy chicken sandwichs and they always flood it with mayo.

    They are always rude whether it is through drive thru or the lobby. I came in today and every table was very dirty. Instead of bringing my order to my table, the older lady called out my order for me to come get it. I wasn’t greeted at no point while in here and the lady that did walk over here, didn’t smile or anything. Nobody here seems to have any type of customer service skills. Obviously needs new management.

    Most mcdonalds curbside are quick. You could go through this mcdonalds drive thru 7x and still beat the person who ordered ahead in curbside. Drive thru isnt too quick either btw so that says alot. Many times ive gone in the get my curbside order to see management and staff sitting around talking with orders on the screen. I use to work here in high school and just saying service has gone way down especially since Kelli has been gone.

    I’ve only lived here 4 yrs. But my kids love McDonalds. Although it can be frustrating with the wait I also understand the understaff issues. But only a few times did I have something missing or wrong . 90% of the time the attitudes were good considering the amount of rude customers they probably deal with on a daily. They are doing a great job & no way I would be as calm or nice with some people that come thru the lines.
