  Kid working behind the counter spent almost 10 minutes just talking to a customer. I had placed an online order 25 mins prior to arriving and he hadnt even began. He had a line but continued to talk. Update. He got both orders completely wrong and over toasted one of the sandwiches when I went back to get it remade after driving 10 minutes and him hanging up on me when I called the store. He made the one sandwich and then proceeded to call his manager and tell them who knows what only for him to call me and say im no longer welcome. He acted completely unprofessional while I was in the store talking about its my last day. And any other time ive been in there hes talking about how hes sick and they made him work. The kid is completely unprofessional and hopefully it is his last day but ive been going to this location for 3 years now and have never had a single issue with the staff

  I would give this location less then 1 star if i could. The guy making my wife and my sandwiches was talking on phone while taking our order laughing we dined in and he was talking on phone very loud. Where everyone could hear his whole conversation. Like my mom would kill me if you gave me covid. Like why do you have to talk so loud when you have guest dining in the building.

  I’ve never had such a genuinely awful experience at a Subway. The female employee working during my visit was unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. She kept ignoring us while we were trying to order, snapped at us when we asked simple questions, and even started raising her voice for no reason. On top of that, she barely put any food on the sandwiches — it looked like she was actively trying to give us the smallest portions possible. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back. This location seriously needs to retrain their staff or rethink who they’re hiring.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am genuinely frustrated with the experience I had at this Subway. The female employee working was unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. She was yelling, dismissive, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. It was shocking how unprofessional she was. She also barely put any meat on the sandwiches, way less than what I’ve gotten at any other Subway. It felt like she didn’t care at all about the quality of the food or the customers. The attitude and lack of effort completely ruined the experience, and the food didn’t even taste as good as it does at other locations. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever received at a Subway. I do NOT recommend coming here. It’s definitely not worth it.
