- TTTM2 days ago2.0This is the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. It look 31 minutes to get one iced coffee. Needs efficiency review to improve.
- BLBrian LawsonMar 28, 20261.04 out of the last 5 times my orders through the drive thru have been wrong or missing items. The last 3 times I was sent to the waiting parking spot and waited 10-15 minutes. Watched multiple cars go through the drive thru get their food while I've been waiting. Then I had to get out of my car and go back in to get the order corrected. If you got through the drive thru check your order before you drive away. No manners/apologies, nothing! McDonald's needs to take a page out of Chick-fil-A's customer service manual. Absolutely shameful!
