(I gave them 6 separate chances, all 1 week apart.) Fries were soggy, it took 4 times moving to different stalls to get an answer after hitting the button, service with a side-eye when i did get an answer they sounded annoyed, burgers always had fixings I'd asked them not to put on it, drink had ice all 6 times despite requesting no ice, soda was flat 4 times out of 6, and despite always leaving a tip anyways the bad service results were the same all 6 times. I cant imagine anything you could do to make it up at this point. I'd have to have Stockholm syndrome to let you try. It's very difficult to make me leave a bad review, but somehow ya'll managed it. I'll never come back here again. For the record, Sonic is my favorite fast food, and still is; just not THIS sonic. I just don't like the way this location manages its business.

When I received my order I asked again did y'all put ketchup in the bag and I was told that it was in there, but it was not. I also ordered a chili cheese wrap. When I bit into it there was no chili, so I had to come back and inform them that it wasn't made correctly. They made me another one, this time it was just a sloppy as tortilla filled with chili. The quality was horrible and unacceptable.
